During her early childhood years, Jaé J competed and won many oratorical contest performing the poem "Honey I Love". Jaé J attended Yvonne A. Ewell Townview Magnet High School Center where she met her mentor, drama coach, and majorette director, Evelyn Forte-Jones. She found her interest in modeling her Sophomore year in H.S. After graduation in 2007, she began her college education at Prairie View A&M University, she took time to focus on her dreams and inspirations. She learned the significance of brand development and professionalism as she sought out her career as a freelance model. In 2011 she graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Communication Mass Media.
A self-described "modern-day feminist", Jaé J strives to be known as one of the 100 most influential people in the world. She continues to work towards gaining her breakthrough in fashion and on big screen.
